For the un-initiated,

Social media is the social interaction among people in which they create, share or exchange information and ideas.

Social Media Tools are the utilities that allow a user to act and interact in on a common (online/offline) platform creating a sense of –community–with his social media peers. (eg, Facebook, Twitter, local bar/coffee shop)

Everybody loves to talk, but nobody likes a chatterbox. Businesses employ chatterbox, now everyone has someone to talk to. This, My friend, this is how Social Media is used to boost sales. And, you don’t want to be left behind when it comes to Social Media Tools.

Geographical distances no longer matter. It is only a matter of time (zone).
