We have been reading various magazines..and did you wish you were able to give a similar look to your posts as well.I am refering to the Drop-cap feature whre the first letter drops a few lines.Thanks to Hans for giving us this hack.
Step 0:- SAVE YOUR TEMPLATE
Step 1:- Add the following to your template
.dropcaps
{
float:left;
color: maroon;/*Color of your choice*/
font-size:45px;/*change this of u wanto to span across more lines*/
font-family: “Monotype corsiva”;/*Font of your choice*/
font-weight: bold;
line-height:30px;/*how thick you would like alphabet to be*/
padding-top:0px;
padding-right:5px;
}
Step 2:- Save template
Step-3
In your posts… the first letter must be enclosed as shown here

You can actually place this anywhere in u r template…
for u r info..u can paste the Template-code for dropcaps after the
.post-footer a {
margin-right: 6px;
}
Hope other instrictions are easy for u to follow.. dont hesitate to ask if u have any trouble

yes it works. I got a bit confused but then I understood it is only possible to see the effect after publishing the post.
I tried several fonts but in the end I kept your style 🙂
