A mentoring programme for aspiring homepreneurs®

What if the skill you’ve spent years building could become your livelihood?

What works
for me

Finding what works for you

You have spent years building something you are genuinely good at. You know how to do the work. Perhaps you have even helped others with it.

Now you are wondering: could this become a business of my own?

You may know more than you can explain, do more than you can package, and see more possibilities than you know what to do with. The more advice you receive, the harder it becomes to hear your own voice.

What Works for me

The moment
before clarity

You did not arrive here by accident. Something has been built — deliberately, patiently, over years. A skill you developed. A capability you strengthened. Work that people began to notice and value.

And somewhere along the way, the question changed from can I do this? to could I build a business around what I already know?

Not what others think you should offer. Not a business model borrowed from someone else. But what you are genuinely positioned to offer, to the right people, in a way that is sustainable — and feels like yours.

The goal is not to fit you into a business model. It is to discover the business model that fits you.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

01
Another course with a fixed curriculum
02
A framework borrowed from someone else’s success
03
A quick fix or shortcut to clients
04
Advice given before understanding you

Stage One

The Discovery Session
One conversation · 60 to 90 mins · No prep needed

We begin with where you are — your skill, your experience, what you do today, what has worked, and what you want to make possible. Nothing is assumed; the conversation itself helps reveal where the opportunity lies.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE WITHIN TWO DAYS
  • A written action list based on our conversation
  • A clear direction to explore — not a prescription
  • A starting point built around you, not someone else’s template
ACCOUNTABILITY

The direction is shaped together. The doing is yours to own.

Stage Two

The Follow-Up
When you have something to show

The follow-up happens when you have acted on what we discussed and have something to bring back to the conversation. We look at what worked, what did not, what you learned, and what needs to change. The direction is adjusted where necessary.

WHAT HAPPENS
  • Progress reviewed honestly, without judgment
  • Course corrected where needed
  • The conversation continues for as long as it adds value
ACCOUNTABILITY

The pace is yours. But progress requires action — you come back with something you've tried, learned, or completed.

Stage Three

Closer Association
By choice — when you’re ready to go deeper

For those who want to go further, a month of closer association is available. This is not about adding sessions for the sake of it. It is about getting specific — identifying who you are best placed to serve, shaping the service you want to offer, and deciding how you will begin attracting the right enquiries.

WHAT IS BUILT TOGETHER
  • Client profile — who you are best placed to serve
  • Service offering — what you offer and how you deliver it
  • Content direction — how you begin attracting the right people
ACCOUNTABILITY

Closer association means closer attention, more accountability, and more focused progress.

THE HONEST CONVERSATION

Building something real
takes time.

8–12 months
of consistent effort

There is no need to rush it.

You already know this. You have done it before. You built a skill, stayed with it through the uncertain months, kept learning and showing up—until it became something that worked for you.

This is that same journey.
Just pointed in a new direction.

THE APPROACH — HOW WE WORK, EVERY TIME

Four things shape every engagement.

Not principles written for a brochure —
but the way we actually work together.

01

Start with where you are.

The first conversation is about you — what you do, how you do it, what works today, and what you want to make happen. That conversation shapes everything that follows.

02

Make space for possibilities.

My role is to open possibilities, not push you through a predetermined path. Recommendations help you move forward — never to hurry you into a decision.

03

Let the right fit emerge.

What works for someone else may not work for you — that is precisely the point. The business should emerge from your strengths and the people you’re best placed to serve.

04

Move at the pace of the work.

The direction is grounded in where you are today and informed by where you want to be 8–12 months from now — at the pace the work actually needs.

Take Your Time

Bring what you’ve built, what you’re wondering about
Come when it feels right.

Freelancing in india is a largely untapped  [& equally exploited] market. Blame it on our lack of commitment to hone-honor our skills, and/or the lack of business acumen to make ourselves stand out as the brand name.
